CHERYL ANN AUDAIN SHIPS WORLDWIDE
Cheryl Ann Audain products are shipped from our flagship store in Houston, Texas. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9 AM until 5 PM CST. All orders are processed within two business days. Example: If you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday or Wednesday. Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday, or Official Holidays.
We provide domestic shipping for a flat-rate fee of $12. In addition, international shipping options are available. You will obtain a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order ships.
If inaccurate or incomplete addresses information is provided, it may delay processing. Therefore, we encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information before checking out to prevent potential delays.
All packages require a signature. We recommend inputting a shipping address where you know your or someone else will be available to accept the package.
You will acquire a confirmation email once your order has been processed to the email address provided during the checkout process. You will also receive a second email notification once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's status along its journey.
